If item is not paid for within 24 hours an unpaid item dispute will be opened & marked against your account. Unless a prior agreement has been made.

All postage items are dispatched within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, Please allow on average up to 4-10 business days for Australian domestic delivery. Remote areas & International orders may take longer.
If postage is not included, please feel free to contact us and provide us with your postcode for a freight quote.
Standard postage is to most main metro cities, if you live in a rural or remote location please message us PRIOR to purchase as there will be additional postage charges.
Large items (items over 20kgs or 1m in length) cannot be sent to a post office box, so please add your home / business address for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for all duties / import taxes etc associated with bringing our products into your country. Buyers are also responsible for unloading of freight / heavy items and forklifts may be necessary to unload.
